# Free SEO audit conditions

These conditions cover the free SEO audit you can ask for with the Free SEO Audit button on our website. Our [terms of service](https://ndcompany.in/terms) cover paid work.

## 1. What you get

We check the search basics of your website and email you the results as a PDF report. The audit is free, and asking for one does not commit you to buying anything from us.

The report covers:

- Your homepage and up to nine more pages, such as your key service or product pages and some blog posts if you have them
- Your sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt files, if they exist
- Speed and Core Web Vitals, mobile friendliness, page titles and descriptions, headings, links and the basics of how search engines can find and index your pages
- A short written summary of the fixes that matter most
- If you name a competitor's website on the form, its scores, shown beside yours. We check that site's public pages the same way, show only its scores, and do not contact that business.

## 2. How we prepare it

Our own audit tool runs the checks, using Google's PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse for speed. Before it starts, it checks that your email address can receive mail and that your website is safe to visit. It reads only the public pages of your website, never areas behind a login.

AI models help write the summary and our offer from what the checks find. They never receive your name or your email address. ## 3. Who can ask

- Businesses, and adults aged 18 or over
- People who own or manage the website they name: the form asks you to confirm this

We may decline a request, for example when we cannot reach your email address or your website, when the website is not safe to visit, when the same website was audited in the last 90 days, or when the request looks like spam. If we decline, we tell you by email when we can reach you.

## 4. When it arrives

We email the report within 5 working days of your request. Working days are Monday to Saturday, our office days. If something delays it, we email you to say so. The report comes as a PDF attached to an email from an N&D Co. address.

## 5. What the report is not

The report describes what our checks found on the day they ran. It is a general review, not a promise of search rankings, traffic or sales, and not legal or security advice. Our [disclaimer](https://ndcompany.in/disclaimer) applies to it.

## 6. Our offer and follow-ups

The email with your report includes an offer for our services, based on what the audit found. We may follow up about it twice. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe we send you no more offers, follow-ups or tips. If you ask for another audit after that, we send the report without an offer.

We send you occasional SEO tips and offers beyond that only if you ticked the box for them on the form. You can unsubscribe from those at any time too.

## 7. Your details

We use your name, email address, website and preferred language to prepare and send your report and our offer, and to reply to you. We keep them for 24 months, unless you become our client, and you can ask us to delete them sooner. ## 8. Changes to these conditions

We may change these conditions. A request is handled under the conditions shown on this page on the day you sent it.
