A [cloud kitchen](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_restaurant), also called a ghost kitchen or a virtual restaurant, serves customers only through delivery and pick-up, with orders placed by phone or online. The logo is a round badge. In the middle, a cartoon chef in a large cream hat and a black apron holds up a whisk, with sparkles on both sides, and the name runs across two grey labels in the lower half. The job came under our [logo design service](https://ndcompany.in/services/logo-design). Our guide to [logo vs brand identity](https://ndcompany.in/blogs/logo-vs-brand-identity) covers what a logo job should hand over, including a compact version for small profile pictures. ## What we did [Logo Design](https://ndcompany.in/services/logo-design) ### A round badge with a cartoon chef The badge has two borders: a thick black ring on the outside and a ring of evenly spaced black dots just inside it, around a white centre. The chef has a large cream chef's hat with a few curved lines for its folds, a black bob, pink cheeks and an open smile, and wears a cream short-sleeved top with a fine dotted pattern under a black apron. One hand holds a balloon whisk and the other arm is raised. Three outlined four-pointed sparkles sit on each side. The name is set in bold, rounded black letters with a handwritten look, on two overlapping grey labels tilted at an angle: Koustav on the upper label and Kitchen on the lower one. Together they cross the bottom of the apron. The colours are black, a warm grey close to #928A87 in the file shown here, cream, and the peach and pink of the face. Because the whole logo sits inside its circle, a round crop keeps every part of it. - The Koustav Kitchen logo in full colour: the chef, the two borders and the name on its labels in one round badge ## Related reading Guides from our blogs on the same kind of work.
