A call or email exchange to learn what the site must do, who visits it and what content exists. We then send a written scope, timeline and quote.

The site goes live on your domain. For seven days after delivery we fix minor corrections and technical issues as part of the project, and maintenance packages are available after that.
It depends on the number of pages, whether it needs e-commerce or a CMS, and how much custom functionality is involved. We quote each project fixed-price or hourly after a scoping call, and the quote is set in writing before work starts. A 50% upfront payment starts the project and the balance is due before final delivery.
A Starter site usually takes 1 to 2 weeks from kickoff to launch, a Business site 2 to 4 weeks, and a store or web application on the Custom tier 4 to 6 weeks. Delays usually come from waiting on content, so having text and images ready shortens the schedule.
Your logo and any brand files, the text and images for each page, access to your domain and hosting accounts, and a list of pages or features you want. If you do not have content yet, we can add website copywriting to the project scope.
Both, depending on the project. WordPress or another CMS fits sites where you will edit content often. Custom code fits landing pages that need to be fast and web applications with logic that no plugin covers. We recommend one in the scope document and explain why.
Yes. Every site is designed mobile-first and tested on phones before launch. Responsive layout is part of the standard scope on every project.
You do. Once the final payment clears, ownership of the final deliverables named in your quote passes to you, with the rights agreed there in writing. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
