How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the service: a logo or a single design takes days, a website 1 to 6 weeks and custom software up to about 4 months. Before we start, we define scope, timeline, pricing and responsibilities in a formal agreement, and typical projects include 2-3 revision rounds.
What is your project process?

We follow a structured process: Discovery → Design → Development → Testing → Launch → Support. Most work is handled by our in-house team; for select projects we collaborate with trusted freelancers.
Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. Every project includes a 7-day post-delivery support window for minor corrections and technical issues, and ongoing maintenance packages are available separately.
Do you use templates or custom designs?

All our designs are custom-made to match your brand and business needs, with no off-the-shelf templates.
How does pricing work?

Projects are billed fixed-price or hourly, with a custom quote based on scope. A 50% upfront payment starts the project and the balance is due before final delivery. We accept UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay and PayPal, and clients abroad can also pay through Wise, with quotes and invoices in their own currency.

Can you edit videos I have already filmed on my phone?

How many revisions are included?

Do you make motion graphics and animated explainers without any filming?

Do you design for print as well as digital?

Do you use templates or stock designs?

What do I need to give you before you start?

Which file formats do I get, and do I own the logo?
