We crawl the site, review Search Console data if you have it, and check how competitors rank. You get a written audit and a proposed monthly scope with a fixed fee.
Keyword targets are agreed and mapped to pages. Technical fixes are ordered by impact, so the first month goes to whatever blocks indexing.

As with all our projects, a 50% upfront payment starts the engagement and billing is fixed-price or hourly.
Technical fixes are usually picked up by Google within a few weeks. Ranking and traffic changes for competitive phrases take several months, which is why the service is monthly rather than a one-off. We do not guarantee specific rankings, because Google controls those, but we report every month on what moved.
