We are based here and work with businesses anywhere in India, including the Seven Sister states in the Northeast.

Bangladesh
Dhaka is only 30 minutes ahead of our office clock, so calls and reviews fit inside your business day.
- Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Bangladesh time, Monday to Saturday
- Language: Bengali or English
- Payment: Bank transfer, invoiced in taka
United States
Our working day runs while yours is over, so feedback you send at the end of your day is ready by your next morning.
- Time difference: India is 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead, depending on your coast
- Calls: early morning on the East Coast, the end of our office day
- Payment: PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, in US dollars
Netherlands
Our office day covers your morning and early afternoon, so calls and reviews happen on the same day.
- Time difference: India is 3.5 to 4.5 hours ahead, depending on the season
- Language: English throughout
- Payment: PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, in euros
How a remote project runs
Wherever you are, a project follows the same four steps.
A written quote first
Every project is quoted fixed-price or hourly, in writing, before work starts. Scope, timeline, pricing and responsibilities go into a formal agreement.
Half upfront
A 50% upfront payment starts the project and the balance is due before final delivery. Within India you pay by UPI, bank transfer or Razorpay. From abroad we invoice in your currency, and you pay by PayPal, through Wise or by bank transfer (from Bangladesh, by bank transfer).
Work over calls and email
Briefs, calls and reviews happen online during our office hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Projects take from a few days for a logo to a few months for custom software, depending on scope, and a typical project includes two to three revision rounds.
Handover and support
Once the final payment clears, ownership of the final deliverables named in your quote passes to you. Every project includes a 7-day support window after delivery for minor corrections and technical issues.

Do you work with businesses outside India?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide, remotely from Barrackpore, Kolkata, including businesses in the United States, the Netherlands and Bangladesh.
What if my country is not listed here?
We can still work together. We work with clients worldwide, not only in the four countries above, and the project runs the same way: calls and email during our office hours, a written quote before work starts, and an invoice in your currency, paid by PayPal, through Wise or by bank transfer.
How do you handle the time difference?
Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. That is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM in Bangladesh, and it covers the morning and early afternoon in the Netherlands. India is 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of the US, so we work on your feedback while you are offline, and calls happen early in the morning on the East Coast, at the end of our day.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Bengali. We are a Bengali-speaking team based in West Bengal, so briefs, calls and feedback can happen in either language, whichever you prefer.
