Yes. We work with US businesses fully remotely from Kolkata, India. Projects are quoted in writing before work starts and billed in US dollars, and the time difference means work is ready by your next morning.
How do we work across the time difference?
India is 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of the US depending on your coast. In practice that means we do the work while you are offline: briefs and feedback from your afternoon are handled during our next working day and are ready by your morning. Calls are scheduled for early morning on the East Coast, which is the end of our day.
How do we pay from the US?
In US dollars, by PayPal, through Wise or by bank transfer, whichever suits you. Half the quoted price is paid upfront to start the project, and the rest before final delivery.
Who owns the website or brand after the project?
You do. Once the final payment clears, ownership of the final deliverables named in your quote passes to you, with the rights agreed there in writing.
