A fixed quote listing deliverables, formats, shoot days, revision rounds and timeline. A 50% upfront payment confirms the booking.
Script, storyboard or shot list, location and scheduling, all approved by you before the shoot.
Filming at your location or an agreed venue on the scheduled day. For editing-only projects you upload footage to a shared folder instead.
A first cut for your comments, then revisions within the agreed rounds. Color, sound and graphics are finished on the approved cut.
Final exports in every agreed format once the balance is paid, with a 7-day window for minor corrections.
Every project is quoted as a fixed price after the brief, based on shoot days, crew, locations, video length, motion graphics and the number of deliverables. A 50% upfront payment confirms the booking and the balance is due before the final files are released. Editing-only projects, where you supply the footage, cost less than a shoot.
A reel edited from footage you supply usually takes 2 to 3 days. A scripted video with a shoot day takes 1 to 2 weeks, and a series or an animated explainer is scheduled in its quote. The timeline is written into the quote, and late approvals or footage move the delivery date.
For a shoot: access to the location, the people who will appear on camera, any products, and your logo and brand files. For an edit: all footage in the highest quality you have, music preferences, brand files and a note on where the video will be published. You must hold the rights to any music or stock footage you hand over.
Yes. Phone footage works for reels and social ads if it is steady and reasonably lit. We will tell you plainly if a clip is unusable and suggest a reshoot or a cut to graphics instead. Send the original files rather than versions compressed by messaging apps.
Typical projects include 2 to 3 revision rounds, agreed in the quote. A round is one set of consolidated comments on a cut. Changes outside the agreed scope, such as a new script or extra footage, are quoted separately.
Yes. Animated logos, explainer videos built from illustrations and text, and animated data for a pitch do not need a shoot. We work from your script or write one, then storyboard and animate it in your brand colors and typefaces.
