We draft the first month of content and send it for your approval. Typical scopes include 2 to 3 revision rounds before the calendar is locked.
Publishing and replies
Approved posts go out on schedule. We check comments and messages each working day and reply within the agreed window.
Monthly review
You receive the report, we discuss it on a short call, and the next calendar is adjusted from what the numbers showed.

How much does social media management cost per month?
We charge a fixed monthly retainer based on the number of platforms, how often you post and whether community management is included. The quote is confirmed in writing before we start, and a 50% upfront payment begins the engagement with the balance due as set out in the agreement. Any paid promotion of posts is billed by the platform to your own ad account, not through us.
How long does it take to grow followers on Instagram?
There is no reliable answer, and we do not promise follower counts or engagement rates. Growth depends on your niche, how often you post, whether you promote posts with a budget, and how good the offer behind the page is. We commit to a consistent schedule, a reply to every comment and a monthly report that shows the real trend, up or down.
What do I need to give you to get started?
Admin access to your pages, your logo and brand files, product photos or footage, and a list of the offers, dates and announcements coming up. A person on your side who can approve the calendar within a few days keeps everything on time. If you have no usable photos yet, a shoot can be quoted under our video and graphic design services.
Which social media platforms should my business be on?
Fewer than you think. Most small businesses do well on one or two platforms where their customers already spend time: Instagram and Facebook for local and consumer brands, LinkedIn for services sold to other businesses. We recommend a platform mix on the discovery call and would rather post well on two channels than badly on five.
Will you reply to comments and messages on my behalf?
Yes, during our working hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Routine questions are answered from a FAQ sheet you approve, and anything about pricing, complaints or bookings is forwarded to you. Replies outside those hours are not part of the standard scope.
Do you create the videos and graphics, or do I supply them?
We design the graphics and edit reels from the footage and photos you supply. Filming on location, product shoots and longer videos are quoted under Video Production & Editing, and larger design jobs such as packaging or print collateral under Graphic Design.
