You tell us what the piece is for, where it will appear, its final size and the deadline, and send your logo, colors, fonts, copy and any reference designs.
We send a fixed quote and a short agreement listing scope, timeline and revision rounds. Work starts once it is signed and the 50% advance is paid.
We show initial layout directions as flat mockups. You pick one, and we carry it through every remaining item in the scope.
You send notes in one place. Typical projects include two to three revision rounds; anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately first.
After the balance is paid we deliver print-ready PDFs, web-ready PNG or JPG files and the editable sources. A 7-day support window for minor corrections follows.
We quote each project as a fixed price based on the number of pieces, their sizes and the revision rounds included. The price is agreed before work starts and does not move unless you add scope. Payment is 50% upfront, with the balance due before the final files are released.
It depends on the number of pieces and how fast feedback comes back. A single piece usually takes 2 to 3 days and a collateral set 1 to 2 weeks, and we agree the delivery date in writing before work starts. Sending logo files, final copy and print sizes with the brief shortens the schedule.
Your logo in vector format if you have it, brand colors and fonts, the final text for each piece, and any photos or product images that must appear. Send brand guidelines if they exist. Without any of this, we can start with a logo design or brand identity project.
Print pieces come as PDF with bleed and crop marks, digital pieces as PNG or JPG, and everything comes with editable vector or layered source files. Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you once the invoice is paid in full. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Yes. Print work is set up in CMYK at the vendor's exact size with bleed, and packaging goes on the dieline your supplier provides. Digital work is set up in RGB at each platform's pixel size. If a piece must exist in both, we build it once and export both.
No. Each piece is designed from your brand assets and brief. Stock photography or illustration is used only where the brief calls for it, and we tell you before any licensed asset goes in.
N&D Co. is run by its founder, Nakshatra Ranjan Saha (CEO & Founder), from Barrackpore, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. You deal with the founder directly, not with an account layer.
