You fill in a short questionnaire about your business, audience and preferences, and send any existing materials. We follow up with a call.
We send a fixed quote and a short agreement listing concept directions, revision rounds, deliverables and the delivery date. Work starts on signature and the 50% advance.
After research and wide sketching, we present the strongest directions in black and white, each with a short rationale and mockups on a business card and a phone screen. You pick one.
The chosen direction goes through the agreed revision rounds. Color comes in here, and we test the mark at favicon size and on a large sign.
After the balance is paid, you receive every lockup in AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and PNG with the color and type specifications and the usage guide. Ownership transfers to you here, and the 7-day support window begins.
Each logo project is quoted as a fixed price before we start. The price depends on the number of concept directions, revision rounds and extras such as a usage guide or a social profile kit. We take 50% upfront and the balance before the final files are released.
We agree the delivery date in writing before work starts. An Essential logo usually takes 3 to 5 days, the Identity tier 7 to 10 days and a Custom project 2 to 3 weeks. Research, sketching and your reviews take most of that time, so quick feedback keeps it short.
The business name exactly as it should appear, any tagline, a description of what you do and who buys from you, and examples of logos you like and dislike from any industry. Send an existing logo, colors or website if you have them.
You get editable vector files (AI, EPS, SVG and PDF) plus transparent PNG exports for every lockup and color version. Ownership of the final logo transfers to you once the invoice is paid in full. We may show the logo in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
The number of initial directions is fixed in the quote; the tiers below show the counts. We show fewer, more developed directions rather than a wall of options, because each is researched and tested at small sizes first. After you choose one, revisions focus on that mark alone.
Yes. A refresh keeps the recognizable parts of your current mark and fixes the problems, such as poor legibility at small sizes, dated typography or a shape that fails on screens. It is scoped like a new logo: fixed price, agreed revision rounds.
